Our mission is simple: to invest in the arts in our community. We do this by hosting a variety of artistic events throughout our summer season, including our signature event: the Annual Hickory Playground.
Held every July, the Annual Hickory Playground is a 48-hour playwriting festival that brings together local playwrights and actors. The result? Eight one-act plays, performed in front of a live audience.
